The work reimagines the 1990s “7-Minute Abs” craze, using VHS-era aesthetics and workout nostalgia to show what it looks like when developers push AI to actually perform. Rather than being built by AI, the campaign uses a physical workout metaphor to visualize how Arcade enables production-ready, enterprise-grade AI agents to be built in seven minutes flat. The campaign is live today across Arcade's social channels, with a small run of “7-Minute Apps” merch extending into the world beyond the video.
